ProjectSignal provides industrial commercial intelligence based on publicly available project information. This notice explains how personal information submitted through ProjectSignal is handled.

Information we collect

When you request relevant ProjectSignal updates, we may collect your work email address, company name, description of what your company supplies, target industries, target regions, consent status and subscription timestamps.

Why we use this information

We use this information to manage your subscription and to identify ProjectSignals that may be relevant to your stated business interests.

Email updates and consent

ProjectSignal sends subscription-based email updates only after you have actively agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Unsubscribing

When you unsubscribe, ProjectSignal removes the company and preference information stored with your subscription and marks the email address as unsubscribed. The email address and subscription status may be retained as a suppression record so that further marketing updates are not sent accidentally.

Analytics

ProjectSignal records anonymous usage events such as page views, filter usage and clicks on public source links. Email addresses are not stored in the analytics dataset.

Service providers

ProjectSignal uses infrastructure and hosting providers to operate the website and store subscription information. These providers may process information on behalf of ProjectSignal as necessary to provide those services.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your subscription, or withdraw your consent to receive updates. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
